COVID-19 Updates

Currently, our retail stores are closed nationwide and we are compensating our retail team as long as we can. We will keep our retail stores closed until safety mandates are lifted or updated and we feel it is safe to re-open.  

Our online store is open and you can continue placing orders.

Our distribution center is open and taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our employees. We are processing orders as quickly as we can but shipping is delayed. For this reason, we are only offering regular ground shipping at this time. Return processing is also delayed. 

We have extended our return window to 60 days on any order purchased during this time period. Additionally we will honor returns of in-store purchases made prior to our closures once we reopen again. 

Our small but mighty customer happiness team is working from home during normal business hours responding to emails, chats & calls. They are available if you have any questions or need assistance. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours, if not sooner. Should there be any update to your order, our team will work diligently to keep you updated.
