What is your Online Return Policy?

We will gladly accept any unwashed & unworn items with their tags within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be made through our Return Portal. We cannot accept and process returns made from outside shipping methods. Returns that do not adhere to our policies will not be refunded & reshipped back to you*

What is considered worn?

Any item that does not have their tags attached. Please be careful of any makeup or deodorant when trying on as well as any pet hair or fragrance that could transfer to the garment as this is considered worn. Items that have be washed or have noticeable instances of wear will not be eligible for return. 

What about shoes?

Shoes can scuff easily, especially on hard surfaces. When worn outside, natural wear does occur.  Always make sure to try shoes on indoors & on carpet. Shoes must be returned in their original box. The shoe box must also be undamaged & not used as a shipping box. 

What about Sale?

Sale items are eligible for exchange only or store credit.  

What about Final Sale?

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. No exceptions, this includes gifts. If you have any questions regarding fit, sizing & styling for a final sale item for yourself or a gift, we encourage you to ask one of our sustainable stylists at 855-ECO-MADE or contact us.
