Returns & Exchanges

US Online Orders

We offer free returns on all eligible items (excludes items marked exchange only & final sale) within 30 days of purchase. You can return your unworn items two ways: 

In Store

We offer free returns on items purchased online at any of our retail locations. Check out our store locator to find a location near you.

By Mail

To return by mail, head to our Return Portal to initiate your return. 

You will need your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email or your packing slip. Please note that our warehouse system cannot process returns that are not completed through our Return Portal. If you do not use our process, your item will be shipped back to you.

Exchanges

To initiate your exchange click here.

We offer free exchanges on all full-priced or items marked as Exchange Only. Please note that we need to receive the original item back in new, unwashed condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. If we do not receive the original item, you will be charged for the item(s) you exchanged for.

In Store Purchases

If you purchased something from one of our boutiques, we will gladly exchange or refund unworn & unwashed items with tags and receipt within 14 days of purchase back to your original payment method. After this date & up to 30 days from purchase date, refunds will be issued as store credit or exchanged in the value of the current selling price. All markdown items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

APO and DPO Addresses

Orders shipped to APO and DPO addresses are considered final sale. If you need further assistance with an order, please contact us.

International Orders

International orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you need further assistance with an international order, please contact us.

What about ReAmour items?

All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If this situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. Once the dispute is confirmed, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at hello@amourvert.com.

What about Sale?

Items marked with "Exchange Only" are eligible for Store Credit or Exchanges.

What about Final Sale?

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. No exceptions, this includes gifts. If you have any questions regarding fit, sizing & styling for a final sale item for yourself or a gift, we encourage you to ask one of our sustainable stylists at 855-ECO-MADE or contact us.

Shipping Costs

We cannot refund expedited shipping costs. 

When will I receive my refund?

Your return amount will be credited back to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed by our team within 2 business days upon delivery. You will be emailed a confirmation of refund once our Return Department has issued the refund. 

Returns can take up to two weeks to arrive back to our distribution center from time of label creation to delivery. To track the status of your return, you can use the tracking number provided to you when you initiate your return. 

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to post back to your account.
